The ISSA story was built through businesses created and operated by the family. The Group's strength comes from staying close to the work itself: energy supply, stations, terminals, aviation, LPG, EV charging, and the teams who make these businesses run every day.

ISSA's relationships have been earned through consistency and delivery. Partnerships with institutions such as TotalEnergies, ENOC, Phoenix-INDEVCO, UNDP, AUB, and USEK reflect years of trust built across business, sustainability, research, and community development.
Responsibility as part of the journey
Responsibility has long been part of how ISSA builds. The Michel Issa Foundation and IPTEC were both founded in 2012, giving structure to two commitments that continue to shape the family's work: community development and cleaner energy thinking. Since then, sustainability reporting, environmental initiatives, and local development programs have made that responsibility more visible and measurable.

ISSA remains a family-led group, but its growth is supported by formal governance, board structures, and the ISSA Group Strategy Office. The family values remain personal, while the way they are carried forward is increasingly structured and institutional.
