Stewardship with structure

As ISSA Group has grown across markets and operating disciplines, its governance has evolved alongside it, ensuring the oversight, continuity, and institutional discipline required to support a family-led business at regional scale. Family stewardship, institutional discipline

ISSA Group remains family-led, with governance designed to preserve continuity while strengthening institutional oversight. To protect the founding 50/50 ownership principle between the family's two branches, a minimum of four of the Board's nine seats are reserved for family representation. This reflects a deliberate balance between continuity of family stewardship and the discipline of independent governance.

Governance in practice

The Board is supported by the ISSA Group Strategy Office, which helps coordinate governance, strategic alignment, and reporting across the Group's operating businesses. Specialized Board committees and management committees support decision-making across the Group's principal markets, ensuring governance remains aligned with the scale and complexity of the business.
