ISSA Global is the family identity that brings together ISSA Group, ISSA Ventures, and the Michel Issa Foundation.
It is not a new company, it is one name for what the Issa family has built since 1970: the operating businesses, the investments, and the Foundation.
One name
For most of its history, the family’s work carried different names in different places; IPT in Lebanon, IPT Energy in the Gulf, MIF in community development. ISSA Global brings them under one roof, so that partners, institutions, and the public can see the whole.

How we think
ISSA’s philosophy was not written in a boardroom. It comes from running a station in Amchit, keeping it open through a war, and building from there; one business, one partnership at a time. What guides the Group today is the same way of working, at regional scale.

The Group’s strength comes from staying close to the work itself: energy supply, stations, terminals, aviation fuel, LPG, EV charging, and the teams who run them every day.

ISSA’s relationships are earned through delivery. TotalEnergies, ENOC, Phoenix-INDEVCO, UNDP, AUB, USEK, partnerships measured in years.
Responsibility, built in
MIF and IPTEC were both founded in 2012; community development and cleaner energy given permanent structure, not run as side programs. Since then the work has become measurable: reporting, environmental initiatives, local development.
