IPT Energy Enters the Saudi Market Through Strategic Partnership with TMC
IPT Energy entered the Saudi Arabian market through a strategic partnership with Tas’helat Marketing Company, marking a key milestone in its regional expansion.

IPT Energy has officially entered the Saudi market following the signing of a strategic agreement with Tas’helat Marketing Company (TMC). This partnership paves the way for IPT to develop a growing network of service stations across Saudi Arabia, in full alignment with the goals of Vision 2030.
With this expansion, IPT Energy strengthens its presence in the Gulf region, adding to its established operations in Lebanon and the UAE. The company’s entry into Saudi Arabia represents a defining milestone and a significant leap in its regional growth strategy.
Leveraging five decades of expertise built in Lebanon, IPT now brings its integrated energy solutions to the Kingdom. The development plan will focus on multi-energy service hubs that combine conventional fuel, EV charging, solar energy, and digital mobility solutions. The initial phase emphasizes rapid deployment, the establishment of a strong local presence, and the engagement of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with local market needs.
With a network of more than 250 service stations and a proven track record in innovation, ESG performance, and digital transformation, including Lebanon’s first EV charging network and the country’s first audited GHG report, IPT is well positioned to deliver operational excellence and forward-looking energy leadership in Saudi Arabia.
