More Than 600 Guests Gather for the Premiere of a Documentary Celebrating Perseverance, Leadership, and Lasting Impact

Beginnings Without End | بدايات لا تنتهي

They become lessons, sources of inspiration, and reminders of what can be achieved through vision, determination, and unwavering commitment.

More than 600 guests from Lebanon’s business, public, educational, cultural, media, and social sectors gathered at ABC Dbayeh, Grand Cinemas, for the premiere of Beginnings Without End | بدايات لا تنتهي, a documentary produced by the Michel Issa Foundation for Local Development (MIF) and dedicated to the life journey of Michel Issa, Founder and Honorary Chairman of IPT Group.

Written by journalist Bassam Abou Zeid, directed by Farid Assaf, and featuring an original musical score by Charbel Rouhana, the documentary retraces the defining moments that shaped Michel Issa’s personal and professional journey, from humble beginnings to the creation of one of Lebanon’s leading institutions.

Through an intimate and authentic narrative, the film explores the challenges he faced, the perseverance that guided him through adversity, and the vision that enabled him to transform opportunities into lasting achievements. It also highlights the values that have shaped his journey throughout the years: integrity, hard work, humility, commitment, and a profound belief in investing in people.  At the heart of the documentary lies another defining element of the story: family. A source of strength, continuity, and purpose, family played a central role throughout Michel Issa’s journey and remains an enduring part of the legacy he continues to build.

The evening brought together distinguished guests from across Lebanon, including representatives of the public and private sectors, local authorities, educational institutions, media organizations, and civil society, alongside members of the IPT Group family and the Issa family.  Opening the event, Dr. Toni M. Issa, President of the Michel Issa Foundation and son of Michel Issa, emphasized that the project was never intended to be simply a tribute to an accomplished entrepreneur. Rather, it was conceived as a way to preserve and share a story capable of inspiring future generations.

Beginnings Without End reflects this conviction. Because some beginnings never end. They continue through the people they inspire, the communities they strengthen, and the generations they help shape.
