Beirut, 10/04/2026 — ISSA today announces the formal launch of its unified family identity, bringing together three long-established pillars under one name: ISSA Group, ISSA Ventures, and the Michel Issa Foundation (MIF). The launch marks the formal expression of a family legacy that began in 1970 in Amchit, Lebanon, when founder Michel Issa began operating a service station that would grow into one of the country’s most established energy groups.
What is being introduced today is not a new direction, but a clearer articulation of what has long defined the family’s work: building businesses with discipline, allocating capital with patience, and investing in communities with conviction. Under the ISSA identity, these commitments are now formally organized across three distinct yet connected pillars.
ISSA Group serves as the family’s operational engine, anchored in more than 55 years of energy leadership. Through IPT Group and its affiliated entities, the Group operates across Lebanon, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, with activities spanning petroleum trading and distribution, LPG, aviation fueling, equipment supply, terminal infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging.
