ISSA Global combines the long-term perspective of family ownership with the structures, standards, and accountability of an institutional enterprise.
ISSA Global is owned and led by the Issa family. The family remains directly involved in the running of the enterprise across two generations — supported by an experienced board and a governance framework designed to outlast any individual.
The Group, the Foundation, and the family's investment activities each have their own leadership, but all three are held to the same standards of integrity, accountability, and care.

Founder & Honorary Chairman
Founded the enterprise in 1970 with a single service station in Amchit. His values of integrity, hard work, and community responsibility continue to define what is today ISSA Global.
Dr. Toni M. Issa

Leads the Group's strategic direction and chairs the family's philanthropic mission through the Foundation.

Vice Chairman
Oversees operations and strategic initiatives across the Group, working closely with management to ensure alignment with the family's long-term vision.
