IPT SAL

The backbone of the Group

Trading & Supply is the operational backbone of ISSA Group and the business from which the wider Group has grown. Through IPT SAL, the family's founding entity, this function connects international energy markets to the infrastructure, networks, and downstream operations that power the Group's wider activities.

What we do

Trading & Supply spans petroleum trading, supply, procurement, storage, blending, scheduling, and downstream distribution across Lebanon and the Gulf. Built through direct operational experience over decades, this function combines infrastructure capability, logistics discipline, and market expertise to ensure continuity of supply across the Group's operations and customer base.

Connecting the wider Group

Trading & Supply does not operate in isolation. It is the upstream-to-downstream backbone that supports the service station network, LPG distribution, aviation fueling operations, and industrial and commercial customers. Fuel Logistics CO SAL, established in 2019 as a 50/50 joint venture with TotalEnergies, further strengthens downstream logistics capability in Lebanon, while Lebanon Energy SAL supports regional trading and supply operations.

Regional reach

Trading & Supply has been central to ISSA Group's regional expansion. What began in Lebanon has evolved into a broader regional platform through IPT Energy and its affiliated entities, including IPT Energy Global FZE, IPT Energy Trading FZE, IPT Energy FZCO, and Issa Group Holding Ltd in ADGM. The Group's expansion into Saudi Arabia through Tas'helat Marketing Company and into Jordan through its partnership with TotalEnergies Marketing Jordan reflects the continued extension of this operating discipline across new markets.
